Lean tools in the context of industry 4.0: literature review, implementation and trends

With the evolution of Industry 4.0, some problems related to inefficient digitalization become clearer in organizations. To minimize these problems, implementation of the lean philosophy is needed in the digital environment. However, before Lean can start to solve the digitalization problems, there is a need to digitalize its tools so that they can comprehend the Industry 4.0 dynamics and become more effective. The aim of this study is to contribute to the theoretical development of Lean tools in the context of Industry 4.0, promoting directions for the industrial sector from the evolution, difficulties, benefits, implementation and trends of Lean 4.0 tools. To achieve this objective, this study performs a systematic literature review and content analysis of 53 papers from 35 journals. The main results of the research show: (i) the characterization of the Lean 4.0 tools; (ii) the evolution of the Lean tools after the integration with digital technologies; (iii) the main trends of Lean 4.0; (iv) the proposal of a Lean 4.0 theoretical framework. Perspectiva de mudança do comportamento do consumidor devido à crise gerada pela pandemia do COVID-19

O consumidor foi afetado por diversas crises desde o início dos tempos. Entretanto, sempre encontrou meios de adaptar a elas criando um padrão não existente até o eventual momento. Perante esse cenário, o COVID-19 é a pauta da vez, graças a ela diversas empresas sofreram para alcançar seus clientes, porém nem todas, pois o consumidor ficou mais conectado as tecnologias proeminentes, principalmente aquelas com correlacionada à internet e aplicativos. Tanto grandes organizações quanto pequenas e médias empresas vão ter que aumentar seus níveis de prontidão em relação às tecnologias. Assim  o objetivo dessa pesquisa é fornecer uma perspectiva sobre o comportamento do consumidor após a pandemia e as implicações do COVID-19 para as empresas. Demonstra-se inicialmente um breve histórico do comportamento do consumidor após crises passadas, relacionando à crise atual do COVID-19. Em seguida são abordados os novos modelos de negócio que se destacaram durante a crise. Também expõe uma visão geral do comportamento do consumidor pós pandemia, apresentando as principais tendências, desafios e questões a serem analisadas futuramente. Percebeu-se que após um período traumático, com impactos econômicos, o consumidor tende em conter os gastos optando por soluções mais baratas e essenciais, e atualmente mais tecnológicas. Criando um panorama baseado em diversas empresas que durante o período de crise conseguiram alcançar patamares que possivelmente demoraria anos para atingir. Perante a eventual mudança do padrão de comportamento do consumidor, que acarretou uma nova perspectiva futura. THE INTEGRATION BETWEEN CORPORATE AND OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES: AN ANALYSIS OF SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS USING A BIBLIOMETRIC METHOD

When a research about the integration between corporate and operational strategies is performed, an exhaustive number of scientific publications arise. To filter and selecting the more relevant papers for the Production Engineering field becomes a difficult task. Therefore, the Bibliometric method was chosen in order to select and evaluate the publications around the theme. Starting from a keyword tree, 1174 papers were analyzed by the software Refviz® and 276 papers were selected. Using 18 indicators, conclusions about the main authors, economic sectors, vehicle of publication, institutions and countries that have published could be inferred, allowing a consistent evaluation of this important theme
